The Times Health Club: The Great Indoors Challenge

Yoga Pilates Swimming Squash Badminton Dancing Kickboxing Fencing Indoor Climbing Ice Skating

Dear All,

Have you started using the cold, dark evenings to avoid going outside for a bit of exercise? You can't run because you can't see and might fall in a pothole... or your trainers aren't designed for temperatures below 15°... Anything to avoid going out.

Take The Times Health Club's Great Indoors Challenge and there's no need to go outside to get fit. We've put together ten fantastic activities, ranging from yoga, to squash, right through even to fencing, that will help you to keep improving your fitness level through the winter. Click here to read fitness expert Matt Roberts' summary of the benefits of each activity. You'll also find some useful links to local clubs where you can get involved and ask advice.

Choose one activity, set yourself a target of how much time you intend to spend taking part, then push yourself to achieve your goal.

Last month's running challenge was a great success. Let's make sure the dark evenings don't stop us making November's Great Indoors Challenge just as good.

Click here to join the club and sign up to the challenge, absolutely free - nearly 100,000 members know it works.

Good luck!
