I've tried these 2 classes over the last 2 weeks and loved them!
Body Attack is basically aerobics but the music is fab and really gets you going. Did Body Jam yesterday, its dance inspired and as someone who is reluctant to show off their moves on the dancefloor I was dubious. IT WAS SUCH FUN. Anyone else tried these?

I enjoy Body Pump and Body Combat but the music does get a bit repetative after a few weeks - changes every 3 to 4 months - though instructors often vary the classes with tracks from previous versions.

I like Bodypump - I don't do enough if I do weights in the gym but in a class you have to keep going.

I've tried another one (not sure what it was but it involved a Step) but I was hopelessly unco-ordinated and it was a bit too high impact for me.

Hi there. I have just moved to London and cant find a gym near notting hill that does body attack.... any suggestions? I dont mind travelling if need be

Hi Libby,

Virgin Active does Body Attack classes, and they have a branch in Notting Hill (call 020 7243 4141).

There's also a gym called Holmes Place in Notting Hill (020 72434141) which does Body Attack on 6.15pm Mondays.
