to take up running - take a look in the Health Club Library where Lloyd Bradley, author of The Rough Guide To Running, gives the lowdown on how to start running, setting goals and designing a running schedule, plus tips on the best gear to wear and what to eat.

You can also follow the ups and downs of Mr & Mrs Millard as they trained for the London marathon.

Wow - I would so much like to do this. I started a running programme earlier this year but failed miserably. I suffered with shin splints when I was younger and they came straight back.

I am so jealous of all those able to get out there and pound the miles - How I wish it were me.
