There is 9 inches difference between my hips and waist. Is there a type of exercise that can work my hips off quicker than other parts? Any help would be welcome.

Hi

When I did kickboxing the inches fell off my waist but if you don't fancy that I hear body combat is very similar but no contact. Also I do latin dancing and find this brill for hips as there is a lot of hip jirating.

I too have about that difference between waist and hips but this makes me an hourglass body shape therefore it does not bother me one bit.

Good luck i hope this helps.

Yes, running. I know, its boring and you hate it. But it works. Start off with a walk/jog/walk effort for 15 mns or so. there's a beginners guide in this months H3alth & Fitn3ss (???) - the one with a free water bottle on the cover.
