I pushed the boat out and bought a pump spray quite a few years ago and use that filled with olive oil.

Buy the best quailty non-stick pan you can afford. I read somewhere once that it&amp;#039;s easy to make your own by filling one of those small spray travel bottles with half vegetable or olive oil (which is healthier) and half water. You can buy larger spray bottles, or you could even use one of the ones intended for plants and gardens if you have a large family and do alot of cooking. Don&amp;#039;t keep it in the fridge as it can solidify, and give it a good shake before use.
