These can often cost alot in shops. I read somewhere once that it's easy to make your own by filling one of those small spray travel bottles with half vegetable or olive oil (which is healthier) and half water. You can buy larger spray bottles, or you could even use one of the ones intended for plants and gardens if you have a large family and do alot of cooking. Don't keep it in the fridge as it can solidify, and give it a good shake before use. Just as good if not better than the ready-made ones you buy, which I find have a funny taste.

Also, I can't emphasise enough not to buy cheap pans as they tend to burn easily. Buy the best quailty non-stick pan you can afford. Wok's are good for stir fry's.

The ready-made spray oils tend to have a lot of chemicals in them as well as sometimes tasting a bit funny - I think the more natural you can make your diet the better. I pushed the boat out and bought a pump spray quite a few years ago and use that filled with olive oil.
it lasts for ages and think is well worth it.
