I set a group up for Slimming World but you have to scroll through the ever-expanding list to get to it.  I shouldn&amp;#039;t worry about Christmas not being kind it&amp;#039;s absolutely normal unless you don&amp;#039;t celebrate the festive season!!   The thing is to get back on track and enjoy a big weight loss or two in the next few weeks! Lucky for me someone asked me a question that changed my life right round.  It was &amp;quot;do you want to join a group we&amp;#039;re setting up?&amp;quot;.  Having folks in the group sharing their experiences really helped but what also did it for me was how easy Slimming World is in terms of being a sensible healthy eating framework.

2 Weetabix - which you can take as a healthy option. 
1 banana chopped into 1cm chunks and distributed over weetabix
1 Optifit low-fat yogurt or a MullerLite Yogurt instead of milk.
