Cut each potato in half length ways.  Chop each half into 4 long wedges - place in a large bowl, add 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, teaspoon of paprika and black pepper.  Mix well together.  Place on a roasting tray and cook in a preheated oven (gas mark 5) for 35 minutes. (you could use sweet ptatoes if you wanted too or a mixture).

Buy low fat wraps  - allow one per person.
