Hi all
Just thought it would be handy to pass on info about the recipes we have been given with ths diet.
So far i have tried four of them and this is how I rate them
1.Thai fish curry ...Delicious and very easy to make!
2.Spanish Omelette...bland not so good even though i added garlic &mushrooms to the recipe!
3.Meatloaf...delicious and easy to make.
4.Chicken hotpot...delicious &aesy to make.
has anone else got any more that they have made &can give their views on?

Glenys, I can no longer find the recipes. Where have they gone please? I am not finding this site very easy and as I havent yet cancelled my weightlossresources subscription, I am using that as well. Help.

I see what you mean the recipes for the amnda ursell diet have gone , I printed them up when i fisrt signed up but they dont seem to be there now !
Maybe someone from the times help team can help?
Iagree the site is vey confuing i'm glad it's not just me!

Did the Moroccan Chickpea casserole - yummy and spanish omelette, going to have something with sweet potatoes tomorrow and had kedgeree today. I have a lot of WI healthy living cookbooks and they are full of great recipes. I also thoroughly recommend what I think of as veg- box soup (anything that is mud coloured seldom tastes good:shame

Tried the smoked mackerel pate - so easy and tasty!
and cheap!
