I find strong flavours help me feel more satisfied with food. One of my favourites is the following marinade whihc was from the back of an ainsley harriot cous cous pack, can be used with meat or fish with cous cous, stir fry, or just salad and veg, enjoy....
marinade your chosen meat/fish in
juice of 2/3 lemons
teaspoon of chilli puree
2/3 garlic cloves chopped
the longer you marinade it for the more tasty it is, and its super low fat!
