I find strong flavours help me feel more satisfied with food. One of my favourites is the following marinade whihc was from the back of an ainsley harriot cous cous pack, can be used with meat or fish with cous cous, stir fry, or just salad and veg, enjoy....
marinade your chosen meat/fish in
juice of 2/3 lemons
teaspoon of chilli puree
2/3 garlic cloves chopped

the longer you marinade it for the more tasty it is, and its super low fat!

That sounds great! And using lemon juice negates the need for salt.

Thanks Catherine that does sound really good, i agree too many diet recipes are too bland .
I will certainly give it a try.
