I prepare the mince as soon as I get back from shopping, then shape them into burgers and freeze, so they are ready when you want one or two.

Into 500g turkey mince you add finely chopped spring onion, grated ginger, red chilli finely chopped, oregano and an egg yolk.

I haven&amp;#039;t tried them yet but they sound delicious. I think it&amp;#039;s something to do with a Weight Watchers recipe and are made and sold by her local butcher as a low fat alternative to regular burgers:

1 1b lean turkey mince
1 small onion grated
3 grated small courgettes
1 tsp soy sauce
1 leval tsp grated fresh root ginger
1 egg yolk
salt and freshly ground pepper
