I've done something similar from BBC good food (it's not all high cal stuff).
I prepare the mince as soon as I get back from shopping, then shape them into burgers and freeze, so they are ready when you want one or two.
Into 500g turkey mince you add finely chopped spring onion, grated ginger, red chilli finely chopped, oregano and an egg yolk.
Turkey mince is a superfood.
