What I discovered though to go with them was Total 0% with cakey type flavourings. They are lovely and you only need a few drops (add to taste). I tried extracts of lemon, vanilla or almond which was especially nice with its fab marzipan flavour.

The 2% does taste slightly more smooth if you are eating it as yogurt, but I swap between the two quite easily - one doesn&amp;#039;t spoil it for the other.

The 2% seems to be quite hard to find anyway.

Workmates often mistake my lunch for fruit and cream, the yogurt looks so thick and creamy.

However, the 2% is even yummier - it is so creamy tasting - and this week Morrisons are selling the individual pots with strawberry compote on the side BOGOF.
