Sounds as if you need to be super-organised and plan how you&amp;#039;re going to fit some healthy food in each day. Can you take sandwiches, or a pasta salad or something to snack on when you&amp;#039;re busy?

I&amp;#039;ve got into the habit of taking an apple plus a little tub of strawberries, grapes or blueberries to work. I have them for my &amp;quot;afternoon tea&amp;quot; when everyone else is eating biscuits and chocolate.

Sometimes it is difficult to find time to eat in the evening when we are at our busiest so it is really difficult to find a healthy eating routine. It is also difficult to fit in a balanced fitness regime. 

Eating when I got home didn&amp;#039;t do anything for me and although I have lost a lot of weight recently it may be more to do with not eating than being healthy.
