Last year I lost 10 kilos on this diet (have put two back on) now I want to lose another 10. It seams to work but I do have problems with breakfasts! Any good tips?

I have a large bowl of chopped fresh fruit topped with fat free natural yogurt - all 'free' and extremely filling. Depending on whether I feel self-indulgent or in major self-denial mode, I either include or leave out a banana.
Some people swear by 2 slices of toast or 28g porridge oats or 2 Weetabix etc but I can't cope with all that in the mornings, which is the time of day when I try and ensure I am awash with herbal tea and glasses of water. Fun eh?

1x grapefruit + 0.5 tsp sugar. Enough to keep you going for 4-5 hours. If you need more, 1x poached egg (~70 cal) with one or two oatcakes (50-100 cal).

Eggs are a genuine super-food, Just google it for references. Most of us can eat two a day, no problem.

I lost more than four stone last year with Slimming World (have dipped a bit since mid-December and Xmas Party season) but am getting back on track this week! I've started a Slimming World group on Times Health which you can get to by clicking on the Groups button and scrolling down the ever expanding list of groups - am not sure which page it's on right now!

Wish I liked Eggs but them and cheese I don't get on with - might try eggs scrambled again with a bit of pepper I think used to like them when was small. Some great tips on here!

How about scrambled eggs and quorn sausages or a banana chopped into a handful of fruit and fibre after 3 weeks of calorie counting and 1lb weight loss grrrrrr am back on the slimming world regime
