I am a firm believer in the theory of what we eat affecting our moods. There are some excellent books on this subject available from amazon books. The best cure for depression though?Exercise....30mins power walking/jogging per day does it for me,it balances your brain chemistry and takes away those cravings for comfort foods. Our brains are programmed to conserve energy at all times in case of food shortages but in todays abundant society we do not have to worry about that! fish oils are excellent for smooth runing of the grey matter too.good luck!
