Wow, this website is fantastic! I'm really excited about joining, and determined to log on every day to to track my diet, activity etc.


I have set myself the goal of loosing 8lbs in a month - to take me down to 12st 12lbs. this is part of a bigger goal of getting down to 11st 5lbs by July, which is when i am moving in with my boyfriend and going on holiday. I wan to have more energy and be slimmer.

I'm eating lots of fish, pulses and fresh veg, which i enjoy. i just need to limit my portion sizes, and stop 'treating' myself. i just don't need the extra food or treats. i want to eat for nutrients, fueling my body.

I enjoy pilates, need to pump up my gym ball and keep it up. Might even get the rusty chain on my bike fixed. I'm also planning to get to the gym two times a week minimum, i can spend ages on the cross trainer, as am i'm a student, i can get there in the daytime and enjoy the quietness, as a busy gym is quite confronting and off-putting i think.

I would love some motivators, and would like to motivate others too. Let's loose the weight and get healthy!
