Free Pedometer? Has everyone else received theirs and not me? How do you contact the times staff to ask them about things as well? I tried replying to their welcome e mail but it does not get delivered. Can anyone help me please?

I haven't had mine either yet. No idea on how to ask about it though

I read somewhere initially that it would take a few weeks - can't remember exactly how long though.

Thanks everyone - that helps - I thought it might have been quicker. Meantime I'll just keep walking anyway.

I've had one of these things before and your stride length is approx your height in cm x 0.4. My stride is slightly more than this, although it does vary depending on where I'm walking. Just for a very rough guide it takes me 65 mins to walk 7,500 steps which is approx 5km or 3 miles. Good Luck Mary

Hello all

Just to clarify, your pedometers will arrive within 28 days as per the terms and conditions in The Times. We've already started distribution so they should be with you sooner rather than later.

Happy to tell you all that we've been inundated with requests so you'll be in good company walking off those Christmas calories!

Good luck everyone.

Hi Cindy - you should have had to register with your address when you originally signed up?
