All very interesting - found this interesting in your review, Emm :

&amp;#039;the Chinese don&amp;#039;t do sweet foods (sweet foods are related to the mouth and stomach, so if we put too much in our mouths, it ends up around our stomachs), I don&amp;#039;t get those dips in blood sugar and huge cravings. &amp;#039;

Tonight though after doing 24 miles on the bike, I had a attack of the munchies before tea. A while ago I&amp;#039;d of raided the biscuit tin, today NO, 3 oatcakes with humorous did the trick.

For tea it was Thai fishcakes, with rainbow salad and salsa. I&amp;#039;m on that diet as well.

Have you been able to get hold of the Bragg liquid aminos, that&amp;#039;s about the only thing I can&amp;#039;t get hold of. Fitting in some of the meals, especially at dinner time with work is hard as well. How do you get around things like this.

Well it is hard work!!

I have survied the 3rd day just.  It is very intense circuit training work and people are supposed to do 2 reps of the circuit and a core workout too.  Have realised I can only do one circuit and today just could not core so will do it later today.

My muscles are aching all over and have felt exhausted but the plus side I can see definition already so it must be doing me some good tee hee gasp...
