Well done on getting down to 2200 cals a day - it is tough when you&amp;#039;ve been used to eating unhealthily and suddenly you need to get a grip. I have absolutely no experience of the things, but would still like to agree with Fiona and Rosie that you are better steering clear of them.

We need to learn what is going to be better and healthier for our bodies, and, as long as we are not fatally overweight and can allow ourselves the time for this experience, relearning naturally correct eating and exercise patterns has to be the way to go.

Has anyone had any experience of these &amp;#039;tablets&amp;#039;?  the metabolisers seem to be increasing to be stimulating the body with caffeine and the diet pills are extracts of plants.  Both state use with calorie controlled diet and exercise.

Do they work or any they just a con?

I appreciate there is no substitute for healthy eating, portion control and exercise, but if these can give an extra boost to these, then that must be good, mustn&amp;#039;t it?
