I hope your problems do improve,

I'm told mine is SVT which means my heart beats at around 180 bpm for a couple of hours or so which is SCARY. It doesn't happen often and I've been checked out and am basically ok. I'm hoping that loosing some weight, eating well, cutting out the wine and exercising will help.Does anyone have any other ideas?
