Since hitting fifty a few years ago, I've had problems with palpitations. I'm told mine is SVT which means my heart beats at around 180 bpm for a couple of hours or so which is SCARY. It doesn't happen often and I've been checked out and am basically ok. I'm hoping that loosing some weight, eating well, cutting out the wine and exercising will help.Does anyone have any other ideas?

regards

Gail

It sounds like a good place to start. Cutting out the wine has been a major thing for me but I certainly find the weight drops off quicker when I'm not drinking.
I hope your problems do improve,

Jeanette
