At the moment I am building up to running - well that&amp;#039;s what I call it! I&amp;#039;m doing a walk/run programme whereby I gradually increase the amount of &amp;#039;running&amp;#039; that I&amp;#039;m doing while reducing the amount of walking in between. I have just finished my third session of walk 1 minute/run 3 minutes over 30 minutes and now I have to decide what my progression will be. You could try Youtube, there are hundreds of linedance videos on there to join in with. We are taking part in a charity event for Macmillan nurses on bank holiday Sunday in Southport so are practising at home as well as in class. I did some line dancing a few years ago and had exactly the same experience. The memory gets a good work out along with the body and it&amp;#039;s real fun.

There isn&amp;#039;t anything where I live now at a time I would be available, but only this weekend I was pushing line dancing as a good activity for people to get into.
