Hi all,

I noticed that the Times Health site doesn't have any way to calculate calories in, say, your dinner!

I've created a calorie calculator spreadsheet (you can download it from www.theofficediet.com -- the post's right at the top at present) to make it quick and easy to work out the cals in any recipe.

Hope it's of use to some of you!
