I have replaced some of my less healthy snack habits (chocolate) with celery and carrot sticks. I am slightly worried that I now smell of celery. It seems to be escaping from my pores - Am I imagining it? Does it happen to anyone else?

Oh dear, now you've got me worried. It is such a handy thing to be able to munch on.

I eat a lot of celery and no one has told me I smell of it. Or maybe they were just being kind! *paranoid now too*.

I wouldn't worry about it, having had to sit next to someone at uni once who smelt of morning breath all through a lecture (I presume because they hadn't eaten at all), I would much rather someone smell of celery

I am in the celery is revolting camp as well. However I seem to be making all my food seem more interesting by adding lots of garlic, that could be worse.

This could be true Catriona but we have to have some pleasures in our eating, even if it is at the expense of overpowerful breath(at least the vampires will be kept at bay)

crunch, crunch, what's wrong with celery? it's a great diuretic and even tastier with a bit of houmous.
