Hi

So I am currently on the war path to hit my weight of 230lb at 11%bf if all goes well.

Having been a person who relies on food more than supplements I am now bordering the point where I need protein supplements. Some absolutely taste bad others dont! I guess I probably need around 80g extra via Protein Shakes.

I have used Reflex and Maximuscle and have recently switched over to Bilk Supplements Direct's BSD Milk and Whey Protein Complete more due to cost and the fact that they seem to offer a a good alternative - but time will tell!

Things are going ok and I seem to be recovering really well with it - and I think the main reason is the slow acting protein? I am now thinking of supplementing more with it on days where I am working and cant get to eating my protein and meats.

What do other people do here for Protein?

I must add that I train for size and strength.

Hope to get some good info and learn from here as well!

Jay Cee
