Hello! Are there any other Scottish Slimmers out there? I have put on a stone and a half since I retired and nothing would shift it. In desperation, I joined the Perth branch of Scottish Slimmers and managed to lose half a stone in two weeks - am absolutely chuffed! Going on a cruise mid-June, so would very much like to lose the other stone by then. Hope to hear from someone. All the best, Jeannie

Sorry Jeannie - Scottish but not Scottish Slimmers! There are quite a number of Weightwatchers on here though - why don't you have a look at some of their discussions?

Hi Jeannie - we met in another Forum! I am a slimmer living in Scotland, but following Slimmers World. There are several of us Scots and sometimes the Ab Fabbers complain when we talk too much about our wonderful country.

Can you tells us who Scottish Slimmers are, and what their approach is?

Hi Jeannie
I am following the Scottish Slimmers diet although not going to meetings, I went last year and lost weight quite successfully, so when I had put it back on again I started counting points once more. It was amazing how quickly my portion sizes had crept up!

I personally didn't enjoy the meetings but I found that the diet worked. That is why I joined this forum for the support.
