I have set some additional things that I track but unlike the weight, exercise, food track I can't seem to go back and look at progress on the additional things that I am tracking. I have had an explore to try and fix myself but to no avail...

Jenny,

I sympathise with you as I've found the same. I've tried posting various messages about this problem but have yet had no satisfactory answer!

Same here

I've sent numerous e-mails about the fact that my 'Track Anything' data now only shows for the last few weeks so is a bit pointless as I would like to track my progress right from the start.

To date, despite having around 6 responses to my emails, I keep getting the wrong answers to my questions and have a feeling the people at the Times Health Club don't have a solution.

The data is still there right from the start but can't be seen graphically so the only way to produce a graph would be in another piece of software (eg Excel) which rather defeats the idea of keeping track of it here.

I wuold also like to see my track items from the start. If I am tracking eg body fat index, a graph that just shows the last two bits of data is fairly meaningless. I am slowly beginning to think it isn't worthdoing the track stuff at all - more trouble than it is worth.

Is there any wother way of trying to ghet a reply to questions like this or do we just have to wait until some one from support checks the thread?

I would so love to look at the data I put into track over a month ago to see what progress (if any) I have made. I too have sent numerous e-mails (last reply 24/2/08) and left various posts on 'Progress reports how do they work?' (last 25/2/08) Got a response from Emmanuelle Marvy saying that it is being dealt with. So?

It might be worth keeping this thread at the top of the forum list so that it is noticed.

Hi everyone,

Really sorry for late reply. I now have an answer for you.

Unfortunately, for the next few months you'll only be able to look at one month's data on graphs. Your data is still being stored in the health Club though.

We are planning a new release of the Times Health Club in the next few months and when this happens you'll be able to see your data on graphs from the moment you joined.
There'll also be additional features that will make your life on the Times Health Club better.

Until then, keep on doing what you're doing, you can still see how much progress you're doing over a month and you've all been doing really well.

Best,

Emmanuelle Marvy

Can't wait for a new release! Find the calorie estimating I do in my head totally inaccurate... hope there's a good calorie counter!
