I had a contact request today which I accepted but when I tried to message them it said I wasn't authorised. Then it told me I also couldn't message them because I had a pending contact outstanding so I ended up deleting them in the hope they would delete me and we could try again. Is this some sort of blip? Not happened with anyone else. Please advise - if you need to know who is involved - myself and Sue Reed - Your help would be very much appreciated

Please please can someone help. There are two of us who would like to be able to contact each other but unable to everytime I try to reply to Sue's messages to me I get a messages saying ERROR CALL BACK YOU ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO SEND MESSAGES - I have ended up deleting Sue (Reed) from my contacts but she does not have the option to delete me in the hope that we can start from afresh - can someone from Web support please contact me about this as I'd like to be able to share contact details and I'm certainly not going to do that over the public forum. Have tried the contact button on this site and it doesn't work!
