Help.
I dont want to be a green blob anymore but each time I
find a picture saved as 125k
saved as a jpeg on my C drive
get it into the browse box on My profile page
and click on Update my profile
nothing happens!!!

It sounds like you are doing everything right. That is what I did and it worked. There is a 'contact us' option. Maybe you could email and ask. Sorry. I am not much help.

Hi Jane,
That's exactly how it SHOULD work. Perhaps you could try with another picture - you can always change it later?
