Sorry you can tell I'm a novice with not much computer knowledge, I accidently closed the topic. So, does anyone know how the progress charts work as there are three different coloured dots I'm not sure what areas they cover also there isn't any scale on the chart
Help

Hi Ruth,
We're working to improve the way the graphs are presented - at the moment they are a bit mysterious.
On the '3-on-1' page, the

Top line (green) = Weight
Middle line (blue) = Training
Bottom line (orange) = Diet

NB: On all the Diet graph, 'up' is good - i.e. a high diet score means you're eating healthily. On the excercise graph 'up' is obviously good, and for most people on the weight graph 'down' is good.

If you hover your mouse over the points on the graph, you should see a little popup showing the details of your activity.

The reason there's no scale is (I think) to keep your exact figures private when your motivators see the graph. However, that doesn't make much sense when you look yourself, so we're developing some tweaks at the moment.

Hope I've got that all right (!) and that it all makes sense,
Tom (Communities Editor, Times Online)

Hi Tom,

Several people have commented that they can't see figures put into the TRACK data tab further back than a month. There doesn't seem to be any way for us to edit the time period on these graphs. Can you help please?

can't see figures put into the TRACK data tab further back than a month

I would love to access the data I put in to TRACK when I joined THC over a month ago so that I can see if there's any progress. Have e-mailed THC and left messaged on this site - seeing as there are nearly 80 posts on 'Website Errors' I'm beginning to think that we are all alone here!!

Hello is anybody there?

anybody?

A little more input Times please!

Hi Goesona,

We are aware of every problem mentioned in the forums and we are dealing with each of them as quickly as we can.

Stay tuned.
