I've sent and resent several times an invitation to one of my chosen motivators but it isn't being received. Inbox and junk folders have been checked. They are on an AOL account will this have an impact?
Does anyone know what the sender name appears as in case it is something random and being missed?

Yes i am having the same problem - i even sent myself an email requesting that i become a motivator to myself (i have 2 email addresses) and i haven't received an invitation to be a motivator either.
I also have checked spam folders and am not on aol.

I've had problems invited someone to by my motivator who I know is signed up on TimesHealth.
As regards AOL I've experienced problems in the past just getting emails from my company to AOL subscribers. What might have happened is that TimesHealth is all of a sudden sending automated emails to lots of AOL subscribers and AOL decides that TimesHealth is spamming it's customers and therefore blocks those emails.
Only a hypothesis but it wouldn't surprise me.

In addition to my previous post, the recipients do not have an aol account so its not just aol customers with a problem

Hmm well the mystery will continue. My other motivator received hers and she is on Yahoo, so perhaps I will get my other motivator to sign up for one of their accounts!

Plea to Times techie - sorry to reopen an old topic but I have still haven't managed to contact one of my motivators on, this is after resending the invitation many times, cancelling and then re-entering the information to an AOL account and now creating a new account with Yahoo and resending several times. Inbox and spam folders have both been checked.
Any help gratefully received!

i have been asked to be motivator to several people but have received no further correspondence etc from anyone.
do the reports etc generate automatically or do they have to choose to make contact?

I have also had problems with regards to my motivator being contacted. I removed his details and re entered them but he still hasnt had any contact and on my profile section it says of my motivator 'inactive'.

Why is it that a motivator, who doesn't necessarily need to get more healthy, has to set up an account, can't they just receive an e-mail, after all the site has their e-mail address?

Yes same here, I asked my Mum why she never activated to be my motivator after explaining, she said she had no email. I sent 1 to myself to check too lol. Come on, I want my pats on the back.

Is this still a problem?
I hadded a motivator at sign up, but he didn't receive an email (he's since signed up and he appears as a contact for me), but I can't find anything at all about motivators - nothing on my page and I can't find how to edit or add new ones either

Come on Times Techies!!! This has clearly been going on for weeks. Motivators is one of the best parts of this and these problems are spoiling things.

Partial success as one motivator has been able to access the link but the other still hasn't heard anything. The one that hasn't heard doesn't yet have broadband do you think that makes a difference?
Any advice appreciated.

Hi Frances,
Having broadband or not shouldn't make any difference but who her email provider is will. If/she might want to check their junk email folder as it could have been blocked by their e-mail provider.
