hi and good morning
this is not an error, just a suggestion.
is there anyway that within groups there could be forums and messages?
i am running the weightwatchers group on this site and would love to be able to send motivational messages etc to all the members, but at the moment i don't think that is possible.
is it something that could be considered do you think?
thanks
looby

Hi Jane - you can change your real name by visiting the 'About Me' tab next to your tools and clicking on 'Change name and starting weight' on the right hand-side. Hope that helps.

Can anyone tell me how to enable the smilies? I have clicked on "show smilie dictionary" but when I double click on a smilie to add it to my message, it transfers as the words not the little face.

Hi Anne you can change your display name by visiting the 'About Me' tabs next to the tools menu. Click 'Change Name and Starting Weight' on the right hand side.

Quoting: kate Can I ask is "Body Bump" listed in the list of activities a misspelling of "Body Pump" or a genuine exercise?
I'm pretty sure that's a mistake. We'll get onto it.

Getting an odd error, or its me no reading it right.
I incorrectly entered my target weight when creating my profile, then I added my actual weight, and now after realising that according to the calculations I need to gain weight, I tried to reduce my Target weight to suitable value.
It stubbornly won't let me, saying that my target weight is less than my current weight - isn't that the point???

Hi I wonder if you can help with completing the activity section.
Today I did a workout at the gym which included a wide range of things like rowing machine, treadmill etc. But there isnt a category of "gym" to enter it under. How should I record this please?

It would be extremely helpful if our questions were answered! I thought this thread would solve any problems? Are there any moderators on board that could help?

Hi Cass...thanks for your message and sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Is your friend setup as a motivator on The Times Health Club? He/she would need to set themselves up to be a motivator by clicking on the 'Want to motivate others?' link on the bottom left of the start page in the Motivator pane. Once he/she's done that you can visit their page and click request to be your motivator next to their picture. I hope that helps.

It's only a little thing, but why is my weight and target in pounds? Most British users would recognise their weight in stones and pounds and younger users might actually prefer to see their weight in kilograms.
Is there an option to change the units to metric?

Yeah, some help on the food graph would be good. I understand that the quality of your diet is important but plotting it on the same graph as the calories is confusing. Calories alone would be more informative.
Also any way of plotting food calories and exercise calories on the same graph?

RH - you will need to use a host like Photobucket or Flickr to give you a url. Click on the 4th icon above (little coloured things) and then insert your url. The picture should then post. If you have probs get back to me, as I'm not the worlds best at explaining.
Susie.
Ps , it may not show as a picture until you click the preview button.

Time issue - why are posts showing times ahead of when they were actually posted. I thought you were running on GMT here but appear to be working an hour ahead of ourselves - can this be addressed?
