Absolutely nothing Saira. If I click on your name I get a message saying you don't exist! If you click on my name (above my picture on the message) you should be able to see my profile page.

Do you see the little grey box under "Posts" on your message above? You'll see that most other people have a yellow box. OOoooo Shaun - you've got two comments on your profile page!

I got the same message as you did when I clicked on your name above the last message. Then I tried going to the member's page and put "Shaun Finnie" in the search box and it came up with you. When I clicked on your little profile icon, I got your profile page.

Think I've worked it out. The link is to your profile page, but as you want it hidden, just anyone can't see it. If you go to your prifile page and look at the right hand around the top of the page, you should see the same link....

Reply by Fiona C

Quoting: sharper_finIs this spam? is it a broken link? Shaun, if someone has left a "comment" then it will be on your profile page so you can go and check it out on there. Anyone can leave a comment - it's like writing on your Wall if you're familiar with Facebook.

Messages are different - they appear in your message box on your home page and you have to be "contacts" before you can message each other.

Some of you have had technical problems with communication tools of the Times health Club. Well, we've found what the problems were and it should all be working fine now.
Password reminders should all be received, everyone should receive their motivators reports, "potential motivators" should now receive their motivator request and all group leaders should be able to reach their members.
Please come back to us if you are still experimenting any problems. Is your friend setup as a motivator on The Times Health Club? He/she would need to set themselves up to be a motivator by clicking on the 'Want to motivate others?' link on the bottom left of the start page in the Motivator pane. Once he/she's done that you can visit their page and click request to be your motivator next to their picture. There's no such thing as an ideal weight really, though you can work out what a healthy weight for your height is using a BMI calculator. We'll try and get one up and running on the site soon, in the meantime try http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/
If you come out as overweight, then try again using a lower weight until you get a BMI below 24.9. That would then be your ideal max weight. The lowest healthy BMI is 18.5
