I joined up and asked my friend to be my motivator. She also joined and asked me to motivate her. We both received emails saying "click this link to create your motivator account" We can't make our motivator status's ACTIVE instead of INACTIVE. We've tried many times. Do we need to create a separate account to the ones we already have. It doesn't make sense. Both on macs...does that matter? Please help!

Welcome Josie and I do know how frustrating your problem is. I've been a member since the beginning of the year and one of my motivators has still not been able to activate the link whilst the other is still waiting to be contacted by the Times.
Hopefully someone will check this post and will try and finally resolve this problem.
