If a noodle salad says it has 552 kcal in it, then does that mean 5520 calories? That seems like a lot!

And if it IS 5520 calories, then would I enter 5520 calories in my food intake? Or 552 kcal?

Reply by Jaki T

Hi Tracy, yes definitely join Ab Fab - it's got loads of discussions and we all report our losses (and gains!) but mainly losses. It's good fun and very addictive.

Good luck!

You can weigh yourself as often as you like!

I'm not sure how you get a motivator. I haven't got any, but to be honest if you just post on the forums you'll get plenty of support. Ab Fab is brilliant.

Reply by Ruth Loftus

Hi tracy, and welcome, have you joned any forums/ groups yet?
