Real reason for not doing exercise - it hurts! Walked for 30 mins (1.5 miles), not a lot by many others' standards, thought I could manage it - boy was I wrong. By tomorrow I'll be walking like an even older woman - thank you plantar fasciitis you've given me reason to rest!! Physio said it can take between 1-3 years to right itself. Well I feel sure I'm at the end of that scale. Could always go swimming but then again we've discussed that. You know what I'll wait until the 3 years are up and start then. How's that for an excuse.

LOL Yeah. Don't mind the weights so much, but the rowing machine is hell!!!

I would think the exercise ball may pose some problems too.
