Hi Helen,
I think Giles would like this. Instead of taking me to dinner. I could cook for him at home.
A nice Rabbit Stockpot (had this on Sunday) and yesterday baked a nice cherry cake which my husband assures me is great with cream so dessert is sorted, now I just need to choose the wine. Do you think two courses is enough.

I must add to this, I didn't eat all the cake myself. Had one slice and took the rest to work. (Next week Ginger Cake)!!

Just a quick mention tonight on the lovely Giles.

I think today is about a year ago that Alan Coren passed away.
So thoughts with Giles and his family today I think.

I was a big fan of Alan Coren in the 80's Used to read punch then. Giles I find funny too.
In fact strangely if you hear him speak and close your eyes he sounds just like his father.
