Hellooooo!!!

Saw this forum and got all excited as this where my partner, Ruth, and I live. (See Ab Fab group posts).

Presumably someone from the area started the forum but has not posted yet.

Say hello, whoever you are!!

One quick question; Do you know of a 'Squash Club' in the local area? Or even a health club with Squash facilities?

Drop into the Ab Fab forum. Really friendly folks there; very supportive of each other and a bit of a laugh too!!

Hi

I have just joined, and spotted this post because I live in Norfolk as well - but North Norfolk, unfortunately, not West Norfolk.

I don't know of any squash club, but I have just started going to a really cool aerobics class where they also give nutritional advice and handouts (it all helps!). Don't think they run in King's Lynne, but it anyone's interested the link to the website is: www.livefitnessworld.com
