I can see the difference between now and with baby. Either way you still look like a 20 year old. Last Thursday is particularly beautiful. Well done and great success for posting the pics (and cats)

Wow Jaki! You look radiant, and years younger! Take heed from your colleagues tho, too much weight gone from the face and it'll begin to age you. There's a balance somewhere!

Jaki - what a transformation, you look really great! Well done, and maybe you don't need to lose any more really? As Em says, you look like a 20 year old! Terrific result.

Great photos Jaki. You look so healthy and glowing now.

I'm wearing a skirt which is clearly too big for me. Most uncomfortable. Nearly indecent at times and revealing pant, not very good.... but a great feeling!

Definitely a new you, Jaki! You look to me as if you are there and really don't need to worry about anything other than sticking with your new lifestyle.
For some reason, I had this picture of you in my head with long hair. Or rather I had a picture of you with long hair in my head. Still doesn't sound right at this time in the morning.
Anyway, fantastic result for you.

You look great Jaki - just make sure you remember to feel as wonderful as you look. And change your profile - you will be looking fantastic on the beach this summer and not just "half decent". Seems to me if you reach your target and then make sure you are always somewhere under 9 stone you are set for life! If the weight starts to creep up too close to the 9 stone, you know how to lose weight now... Well done

I didn't know it existed!

I've had a really funny week this week, Julia, and have been feeling tired when I get up and tired at about 10pm. This is most unusual for me - the feeling tired at 10 - as I am a real night owl and have to force myself to go to sleep. But, this week I've been in bed at 10.30 some nights, have fallen asleep long before the radio sleep kicked in and then been wide awake again in the early morning. Last night was particularly bad, so I gave up and did my banking, some emails and had a quick look on TTHC before giving sleep another go. There's no point in my trying to sleep through the night if I go to bed early.

Thanks for all the positive comments.

Re my hair Barbara, I've had it cut quite short recently. I've always wanted long hair since I had it cut at 11, but it wasn't to be! This style is easy though apart from today when it drizzled and my hair went really curly!!

Quite right - what we see is a mature woman who looks stunning! No one else notices any aging spots, grey hairs and wrinkles. Reminds me of decorating - I can't afford to pay anyone to do painting etc and don't find it satisfying because I am not good enough to meet my perfectionist standards. When I finish I can see only the imperfections, and know where every one of them is - but they are invisible to everyone else. Recently I was bowled over by standard of decorating on a friend's renovated house where a professional painter was used - then I looked closely. there were imperfections too but because I was looking at the overall effect and didn't know they were there I couldn't see them.

Lucy that's an amazing transformation - your boobs are about a foot higher now than they were last summer, and it makes you look even younger

You certainly don't look as if you have another 1.5 st to lose - but then I probably don't look as if I have about 4.5 to lose!

Well done Lucy - is there really only a stone difference between June 2007 and June 2008? Looking at your profile, perhaps it's a stone difference between April and June this year. Either way, the difference is sensational, and inspires me to continue as I am currently just below your start weight.

I now remember that you were one of the May Members of the Month - how did your degree show and graduation go?

All the best.

Jo, you certainly did it! That is fantastic - and you have every right to look as happy as you do in the now (size-10/12) photo. Enjoy the new-look you this summer - and work hard on making sure that you stay this size, and this beautiful.
